What I love about this hotel is that the staff goes above and beyond for Families , Being from New york city I never have gotten treatment like this Not in Europe and some parts of Asia, Hotel Kaie Staff From The Customer service Reps to the Manger and Supervisor made me Feel at home. I really appreciate their unconditional love for families. I will forever cherish the way they treated me and my kids , if you are ever visiting Tokyo. This is the only place you would want to stay. No other hotel in Tokyo will go above and beyond like HOTEL KAIE EAST SIDE. THANK 😊 🙏 YOU TO THE WHOLE STAFF FOR MAKING MY MEMORIES IN TOKYO WONDERFUL I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL. The property is really good, centric if you plan to go ginza akihabara ueno team-lab and Disney all of them 15-30 min, also the room was very confortable, you have all amenities, just be aware there is no closets but a place to hang your stuff, mini-markets 24/7 closed by and inside the hotel with ATM i really loved the hotel the people and everything, also consider as you go to japan most places are self service so don’t wait for carriers or people to ship luggage to your room overall. Loved the daily Nescafé and water served daily. Also be aware to put make room button so they go and clean your room otherwise they will leave a message so they don’t disturb you. Station was 2 min walk from hotel.

Great amenities. The staff was particularly helpful and friendly. The neighborhood was practical : close to the train station, shopping malls, supermarket, local restaurants and pharmacies. Not many sights or beautiful streets around but I guess that is why it’s a bit more affordable than other Mimaru hotels in more central locations. It was very easy to get to and from this location to wherever we needed to go in Tokyo.

We love this hotel and pretty much everything about it. For us, the location is great as it literally stays on top of a subway station - Toyosu on the Yurakucho line. There is a direct access point from the hotel's elevator to the subway station. There is also a small shopping center in the building with some coffees, places to eat and kombini stores. From the subway station we felt really well connected to all our interest points and station and we could reach almost anything within 30 mins. Close to the hotel there are 3 konbini stores - which are open 24/7 and this allowed us to shop for dinner and quick breakfast at any time when we were back from exploring. The view from the hotel are magnificent, the reception and lobby are on the 36th floor overlooking Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo tower and our room was on the 35th floor and we had an unbeatable view of Tokyo Skytree. I could marvel that view any day full time! Waking up to and falling asleep to that view was a big highlight for us. The room was just enough in size for us to comfortably fit in it with our two small suitcases but anyways we expected it to be pretty small so it was actually a good surprise. The hotel and our room and especially the bathroom were really clean which is very important. We also had a nice set of free amenities and pajamas at our disposal. We didn't try the onsen but it also looked well maintained but pretty small in size. The hotel has coin laundry services on every floor, vending machines, smoking room and a garden on one of the floors. When we arrived with did self-service check-in with a machine which was fairly easy to use and had an English menu.

the breakfast was amazing every morning, very accommodating staff. the hotel is located right where we needed to be and within walking distance from many nice areas to explore including Japanese gardens and a large mall while still attending our conference.

    I chose this hotel for its close proximity to Makuhari Messe, since I was on this trip to attend Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025. It was a quick 30-40min trip by train and monorail to Makuhari Messe. The room was smaller than expected but just enough for a solo traveler. I liked the amneties that came with the room -- personal grooming kit, tea, coffee, disposable cups, and drinkable tap water. I liked that there was a window so I could have natural sunlight in the room.

    the breakfast! the rice was so good I can eat it on its own (I don’t normally do that) their staff is very friendly and accommodating too! I stayed here as it was near the location I needed to go to for a concert (Makuhari Messe) and this hotel has a free shuttle bus that I took for convenience.

    The hotel is located right on top of the subway station and the monorail, it was very convenient to get to Makuhari Messe for the holofes concert because of it. Lawson and 7-11 were also right underneath the hotel, overall good value for what you're getting.

    Old classic hotel but everything in room functioned well. Staffs can communicate in english and very helpful. Walking distance to JR Kaihimmakuhari station, Makuhari Messe, Mitsui Outlet, Plena Shopping Mall. There are several konbini around; Lawson (inside the Mitsui Outlet complex), Mini Stop.

    The location of the hotel is exceptional, especially if you are travelling to the Makuhari Messe area for events. There are malls nearby with lots of restaurants and shopping, and a 24 hour convenience store very nearby. Best of all, Chiba station is in the same building.

    Perfect location for attending events at the Makuhari Messe. This was my second stay at the hotel. This time I stayed at a room at the main tower. Compared to the west wing, the room was older, particularly the bathroom. The Japanese-style bath at the 4th floor seemed busy all the time, not was relaxing as I though it would be. If you don't get a front see-view I don't think it's as advantageous to stay at the central tower, because the rooms at the east and west wings are newer and you still get a nice view from the area.

    Breakfast was eclectic and plentiful. Location great for the Makuhari messe, with simple walking access to the station and many local dining establishments, bars and shops. Hotel bus to and from both airports is convenient and cheap. Rooms a good size and of high quality.
