Excellent location, good price. They also have a delivery service to send your stuff anywhere in Japan, for example, you need to send your stuff to another city. They also have excellent service. I incorrectly booked a smoking room. Then they tried their best to change the rooms, which eventually they did. Thank you for that!!! This is now our go to hotel in Tokyo

Great location, with a metro station just a short walk away. There are plenty of cafés, coffee shops, and convenience stores nearby, some of which are open late at night. The room was very cozy. It was small, but everything was well designed, functional, and worked perfectly. The bed and mattress were comfortable, and I had no issues sleeping. The bathroom was small and compact. It was my first experience using a bathroom of this size, but everything was practical and worked well, so I had no complaints. The room had everything I needed. The towels were changed every day, and housekeeping was done daily as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel’s position is good, near restaurants and train station. You can walk easily to Tokyo station and Ginza and other places. The hotel has small but comfortable rooms, perfect for one or two nights stay without big luggages. I’ve found the room nice and clean, I’ll surely come next time I want to spend a night in Tokyo

An amazing experience! We got our luggage delivered by a separate delivery service and it had been brought up into our room before check-in. There is a public bath in the hotel that you are free to use. Tattoos are not accepted but you could buy cover-up plasters from the front desk. Very kind and helpful staff. Would definately stay again.

Location. Bus ans train nearby. Have their own ebike rental. Room are very clean

Washing and drying machines, detergent machine worked by coins inside the hotel, liked the most from what was presented for the breakfast: miso soup and warm onigiri with crispy chicken, juice and coffee, really nice and welcoming staff, self check-in kiosk, organized luggage storage system

Ideal location for exploring a Tokyo

The staff was very attentive and accomodating. They helped with luggage transfer to our next hotel and provided all the information neccessary to make our stay an amazing. The rooms are above average in terms of space for Tokyo and clean. The hotel is conveniently above the Ginza line which made movement super easy.

The bed was firm but comfortable. It was the biggest double bed I've seen in Tokyo city. Full open window compared to some of the more compact places seen in shinjuku.

Great room for a large group. Large enough for everyone to have their own space, and to lay out luggages. Plus a sofa area to hang out at.
