Location was perfect and the staff were very helpful and kind, the vibe of the building is just amazing, always feels heavenly here. The facilities are top notch with a clean gym and laundry service. Connectivity to stations is excellent and food delivery is very convenient as well.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in my life,I would definitely coming back again the next time. The location is good,close to the metro. It was a little bit noisy when train passed like other guests mentioned,but that's not a big deal as u r already that tired at night. The staffs are great,very helpful and full of passion,also they did leave me a letter of recommendations where we could go as they noticed our interests.That was really sweet!

Personal touch, from the first moment we arrived we felt welcomed and staff was really proactive and helpful . Room is nice with nice view and it really made our vacation special. Kudos to all staff in the reception and restaurant. Breakfast was nice and food was having good taste. We will come back for sure

We really enjoyed staying at this nice hotel. Good location, no more than 10-min walk to Osaka/Umeda station, and there is also another metro station which is closer to the hotel. The room may seem a little bit outdated but everything inside the room is very clean and well-maintained. Services are very kind as well. Overall, there is enough evidence to show that staffs definitely did great job in operating this over 30-year-old hotel.
