This was the best hotel we stayed at in Japan. Great breakfast, great location, free ramen and ice cream in the evening. Great onsen on-site. Nice pajamas included, also for kids. Great decor.

This accommodation is great. An excellent easy to find location. Good room. We loved the pyjamas and free amenities. We also loved the sukiyaki restaurant right next door !

Staff was helpful, location was right across a large market and food spots were plentiful nearby. Not too far from the train station. The bed was comfortable.

You're literally steps away from Dotonbori action. You can go shopping and drop the bags off and return to the area within minutes. GREAT location and place to stay

We’ve been to Japan several times and compared to most hotels, the rooms are spacious. We had 3 large luggages and 3 small carry ons, and we still had room to actually have one open on the floor to fix our stuff. Shower head had that misty feature which was nice as well. Toilet was also seperate from the bathroom which was also nice.

Everything is self explanatory. If you need help someone will come out to help you. It is also right next door to an onsen.

Location, helpful and friendly staff

Clean and spacious and a good location

Front desk staff was helpful getting checked in quickly. Bare bones but does its job as a place to sleep and refresh yourself for a night. The only downside is the keycard. They give you one per room and the room requires you to put it in a slot in the wall to turn on the lights. If more than one person is staying in a room, that means whoever goes out won’t have a key card and is locked out, or the person staying inside won’t have access to the lights.

Location was perfect. The room was super clean. Overall it exceeded my expectations!!

Friendly staff, japanese style room, location, pricing

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and the ease of extending my stay. It was a practical and reliable base for exploring Osaka.

Great stay. Well located. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I've stayed here before and am always blown away by their service, the quality of the rooms, and the comfort of the beds. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfy. Amenities are always great and I highly recommend their Japanese breakfast as it is just a great way to start your day.

Friendly staff, good location that is super close to Dotonbori, and great breakfast.
