Hotels near Onsen-ji Temple, Kobe

Awesome experience, we loved the Japanese style room. Enjoyed the onsen a lot. The staff was extremely professional. Exceptional breakfast

The room was absolutely beautiful and spacious. It's very close to the theatre which was my reason for coming and I always enjoy that you can watch musicals on the TV's in the hotel. Good value for your money too.

Nice view conveniently located to station and central Kobe

Perfect service and reasonable price Much better than my expectaion

A 7 minute walk from the sannomiya station, but there’s a bus stop directly in front of the hotel so it can be reached faster. The room is spacious.

I have stayed at this hotel many times on business trips 25 years ago. I was expecting the building and rooms to feel old and worn but I was pleasantly surprised to find a vibrant, busy and updated property giving great service and superb value. They have successfully recast this property as a destination with an authentic onsen using piped in water from nearby Mt Rokko which has proven very popular with Japanese families and visitors seeking a nice getaway with great onsen facilities in a western style hotel with rooms larger that you would find elsewhere. The vibe is pleasant and focuses on tranquility and rest. So happy to see that this property continues to thrive 25 years on. Stayed 2 nights, wish I had time to stay longer. Will definitely return!

A hidden gem! Beautiful, clean, and traditional!

It was right by the train station and many shops The beds were very comfortable

The mattress was good as were the amenities. Bathroom fixtures were high quality.

The property promised many things, like a VR room, a water slide, etc… but we couldn’t find any of these rooms. It felt close to a horror movie. Several posters with room numbers were plastered on the walls, but when we went to the rooms, they were (UNLOCKED) guest bedrooms. It was very confusing, especially for foreigners.

The outside view is very nice and the bath outside is good 👍 the room is very big

the staff were extremely kind and polite. they went above and beyond to help me ship my luggage to my next hotel. the restaurant has excellent Chinese food.

The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. We are very grateful for all the help they gave us. Additionally they serve good coffee, you have a chance to play multiple board games etc. The location is also optimal, right next to the main public onsen.

Helpful and quaint staff, amazing private and public baths of both Kin and Gin, easy to reserve the private bath, cute pajamas, free ice water outside of the public bath, rooms are small but just fine.

One of the most amazing places in -and around Kobe for a well deserved relaxing experience.

The room is comfort with enough space. Every room is attached with Balcony and nice view. There are hot spring inside the hotel that you no need to go for the public hot spring. The meals are excellent!

The location is great, with a very nice view! Quiet and have less people and traffic area so it is a perfect place for getting away from the city but yet not too far away from it.
