United KingdomThe staff were SO friendly and helpful, we got an amazing dinner recommendation from them and they went the extra mile for our honeymoon stay with a complimentary drink at their bar! The hotel has a very boutique-y feel and it felt like they had thought of everything to make the stay as fabulous as possible. I really loved our room - super spacious with a great view of the river.

It's quite a walk from the station to the actual castle but...
It's quite a walk from the station to the actual castle but seeing it up close is really cool. I know it's a reconstruction but it's just amazing seeing that traditional architecture and getting to walk around the castle grounds. I didn't have a lot of time to do any particular tours but I think I would want to visit again with a tour guide to check it out in more depth.Guest review byFinnUnited States - 10.0

Incredible! So much information and history. Descriptions of exhibits were well written and interesting. And the reenactment videos was super cool! When you enter the castle, before you go up the elevator, the staff informs everyone that no photos are to be taken on certain floors (3F & 4F). There are signs everywhere that say no photos, and also a staff member walking around the designated area with a sign that says “no photos.” Unfortunately, many people were still taking pictures in the “no photo” areas, which was very rude & inconsiderate.
