Hotels near Shijo Station, Kyoto

This was the best hotel during my 13 Day Japan trip. It was bigger by japanese standards. Quite close to the train station and bus stop. 7-11 and Lawson at walking distance.

Smack dab near Kyoto station. Everything is within walking distance. Room wise able to fit 6 of us comfortably with room to spare.

Comfortable and large rooms, great location

The location, the staff, the room were all amazing.

Almost perfect location, located 2 stops away from Kyoto station it does require a single line change to the local subway if you're coming in from a different city via shinkansen. However it's barely 5mins walk from the subway which makes it not too bad. The subway station (shijio station) has an elevator too(unlike some stations). The room albeit on the smaller side is furnished with everything you need. Including a washing machine! Knock yourselves out doing some much needed laundry if you need to during a long trip. 5mins away from nishiki market and 10-15 from gion. Everything is within a stones throw away. The staff are also friendly and helpful. Would definitely book this again when I'm back in Kyoto.

Beautiful design, overall cleanliness and organization. Staff is very friendly and highly cooperative. Very pleasant stay overall and would stay again and recommend to others!

Breakfast was great. We love the location, the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious in Japan standards. Overall love the stay. We would stay again.

Great location! Clean & cozy.

Very convenient location, it is a plus advantage! Staff are willing to help but language is ordinary but using translation to help, it works but time consuming . Breakfast is fair varieties.

Excellent service and courtesy atmosphere

Clean and nice rooms, good breakfast, good location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Loved the free snacks and drinks available. Within walking distance of Nishiki marked, Gion and many other attractions! I definitely recommend staying here.

Great experience The staff helped us with any requests we had

Modern, quality finishes, everything in great condition. The room was very quaiet. Amazing location, safe and close to the public transportation, shops and restaurants.

The cleanliness and general maintenance are exceptional.

Central location, with everything provided like toothbrush, lotion, face mask, sunscreen, sleepwear etc. I will definitely recommend it!

The room hag a big space which is rare in Japan, we had our own private onsen which was wonderful.

Plenty of space, friendly staff, fun activities for the family.

We had a wonderful stay! 🌟 The hotel is brand new with beautiful interiors and high-quality finishes throughout. The location is very convenient - just steps from the metro and about 20-30 minutes on foot to the main attractions. The staff were fantastic, super friendly, and made us feel very welcome. We truly loved our stay - thank you for having us!

The location is great, outside of the main area but still by walking distance from anything (including Shinjuku train station, which is connected to Nartia express line. The room was spacious and clean and pretty. Would come back for sure.
