We were very impressed with May from the concierge team who went totally out of her way to ensure that our taxi to Narita Airport was at the hotel on time. Absolutely a delightful young lady to have in a team.

The breakfast was excellent,variety of foods each one was high quality. the omelet was so good and my daughter was impressed. The people working at the facility were so nice to treat us like very important people. The location was okay! If the weather is not hot easy to reach to train station by foot. The room was excellent.Night view was amazing.
