We really enjoyed our stay here as a family of 3! The location was very close and convenient to the theme park and the view of Mt. Fuji in our room was spectacular to wake up to. The Fujiyama onsen was also relaxing and we all had a good night’s sleep.

View is amazing, accommodation is comfy, the overall stay was just really really nice.

I’ve been staying couple of times here and they remembered that, so they offered me an upgrade to a better room, more spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, mix continental with Asian.

The staff was wonderful. The room very comfortable and spacious. We love the automatic toilet seat! The location was excellent, right next to Mt. Fuji station. It is walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. There is a shopping mall and a grocery inside Mt. Fuji station. Super convenient to buy anything you need. Although it was raining everyday we were there, we did see Mt. Fuji from our window one morning. It was spectacular! It's also less overrun with tourists. We actually love the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the area. We would definitely come back and stay at Fuji Toriigate again.

It’s a little far from the bus terminal but very convenient. Clean and friendly staff.

The breakfast is excellent and the hotel is in front of the lake.

This place was a pleasant surprise not a lot of reviews to go off initially but the space that my wife and I had was great and homey, super easy to check in and out.

Very close to Fujisan station and convenient to travel by both bus and train. Staff are very helpful. The room is facility are good.

Great location, the roof top veiw of Mt Fuji is superior to any on the Street level. Helpful staff who provided us with tips on local eateries. Also the set up allows for guess independence with cooking and laundry facilities.
