Very clean, room was large and had everything I needed (and more). Breakfast was nice as well. Location is pretty good, around 8 min walk from the closest metro station (Ebisucho). Staff were extremely nice.

Hands down the best hotel we've stayed in in our almost three weeks in Japan. The room was exceptionally big, the staff were amazing, everything was super clean and friendly. They upgraded our room because it was our honeymoon, the location is great around all the attractions, and super close to a train station and to Dotonbori. 100% would stay again on my next visit in Osaka!

Beautiful hotel with super easy access to all trains, JR stations and other locations. Walking distance to major shopping area and restaurant. The hotel itself is very clean and spacious. The staffs are all super friendly and helpful.

Very good hotel at a great location. Room sizes are also much better according to japanese standard. Very polite and helpful staff. Lots of amenities. Luggage transfer provided,plenty of massage chairs & a very good common area with complimentary drinks. Extremely close to Dotonbori and Shisaibashi. 100mtrs from Osaka Namba station. Will definitely stay again.
