Comfy room we really didn't expect for such a good price. Great beds, bathroom, food, laundry service, rooftop pool and just everything else. The location is very strategic for either visiting temples or the city center. One block from the Angkor museum. Which doesn't even matter because hotel tuk-tuks can take you anywhere anyway. Mr Bunny and all the staff were very kind, very helpful and very civil. Loved their humor. They even arranged us a great, kind and experienced tuk-tuk guy for our tours to the temples so we've seen everything and even very time-efficiently. Also cool to know it's all run by local people (who are great as I might have already expressed).

Best service ever! We've been traveling for 1week in Cambodia, but we stayed at this hotel only 1 night and this was our favorite stay. As someone who works in hospitality, I was truly impressed by the staff’s service and professionalism. The hotel is new, the facilities are great, and the team is always smiling. Location is absolutely perfect, everything is close and in walking distance. Many groceries around, also pharmacy, shop with sim cards, ATM within few metres. Tuktuks waiting outside all the time. Nice and cozy pool area. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, you really have so many options that you could stay there for a week and still eat something else for breakfast each day. Fresh omelette, even fresh noodle soup is a perfect comfort food to start your day in Siem Reap. What makes your stay even more pleasant is the staff. I would like to give special thanks to waitress names Hach (i hope i remember it correctly) who was being asbolutely sweet and caring during out whole stay at this hotel.

    Wonderful site.

    Wonderful site. The biggest and best preserved relic of that era hundreds of years ago. Most of the time one can escape the crowds and have some moments of peace, especially away from the center of the site.

    This is an amazing place that should be visited several...

    This is an amazing place that should be visited several times. The government managed tourist pass can cover three days which provides access to the temple area of Seim Reap. I recommend a first visit with a government registered guide. Then return on later days to wander and really immerse yourself in the history. Make sure your camera is ready to take a lot of photos because you will find yourself snapping shots very quickly and often.

    Choose a sun rise tour.

    Choose a sun rise tour. I would recommend to get a 3 day pass. Day one go for a short circuit sun rise tour. Day 2 go for a long circuit guided tour. On the day 3, rent a bike and explore the place yourselves.

    If you plan to visit during sunrise, make sure to bring a flashlight. to help you walk down the dark road from the parking area. Read the signage or follow the crowds to find out where you should be for the sunrise.

    The property was clean. The pool was very nice. Sambo, guest services, made our stay wonderful with his attentiveness and attention to detail. he prepared to go breakfast for us in the morning. You did the sunrise at Angkor Wat. The location was really great. I would 1000% stay at this hotel again if I return to Siem Reap.

    We loved our stay at the Jungle Hotel, and if we ever find ourselves in Siem Reap again (and we hope we do), we would stay there again. The location is great -- easy to get to bars, restaurants, and, of course, Angkor Wat. The facilities are nice and clean. We looked forward to jumping in the pool and returning to our room after long, sweaty days of exploring AW. The staff were all so kind and helpful to us during our stay.

    If you're going to Siem Reap, stay here. I stayed at Darling Pub Hostel and asolutely loved it. The design is super modern, clean, and actually feels fun. The common areas are perfect and the hostel also provided some tour, like Angkor Wat tour, floating village tour...it was great. this place feels cecureand conveniente. I'd 100% stay here again.

    This is my first time visiting Siem Reap. I am very pleased with my stay here. The staff is very kind and attentive. The room is kept very clean, and the food at the restaurant in the hotel is amazing. The massage at the hotel spa is a great way to finish a long day of walking around Angkor Wat. The hotel can organize a car for you and help you with logistics. I do not hesitate to stay here for my next trip.

    The property is beautiful, the restaurant is fantastic, and the pool is amazing!! Not to mention, the location is central, close to everything, yet quiet. Last but not least, the staff were the best - we especially loved Dara! We organized a sunrise tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat through the hotel and were extremely satisfied with the great driver who waited for us at each temple. We highly recommend the Urban to anyone visiting Siem Reap!
