How clean it was and fast response for room service

First of all, I really like everybody work there. They're really nice to me... When I asked them to call the taxi for me, they call the taxi for me from their own phone... Plus breakfast buffet was wonderful.I really like it only $20. I really liked it And definitely you gotta try the spa, I went to female spa, scrub the body and massage.. Korean style body scrub was the best kind, Wonderful experience.

Great hotel, quiet location. Rooms were very clean, fully endowed and staff extremely helpful!

Restaurant downstairs very delicious and the 20% discount. Clean, location next to the clinic we needed. Subway station close by. Convince store opened across the street. Workers were very helpful. Cleaning daily. Front desk 24/7. Fluent English. Help with ordering a taxi to go back to the airport (too many suitcases).

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, setting the tone for a truly memorable experience. Every detail was thoughtfully handled by the hotel team, whose attentiveness made us feel genuinely at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was easily one of the best we’ve ever had, refined, abundant, and a perfect way to start each day. A particularly appreciated touch: even on days when we chose not to request room cleaning, fresh towels were automatically provided, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to comfort and service. We enjoyed every moment and would return without hesitation on our next trip.

Amazing Hotel! Best design ever! All the amenities, the location, cafeterias, fitness center and the two pool were frat!

Beautiful, extremely good services

Room condition is great. Very clean and comfortable bed. The size of the room is big enough to open my luggage in the room. The staff can communicate in English very well, which is very convenient to a tourist like me. The airport bus is only 300m away from the hotel. Turn left and walk for 2 min for the bus stop. It is also very close to the bus stop and train station which makes going everywhere very simple.

Great location the staffs are nice

Unfortunately I was exhausted so I couldn't try the breakfast option the hotel has, but overall everything was perfect. It was my 3rd time staying at the hotel, and the staff let me check in earlier. This changed the entire stay from good to perfect! Small details like this is what differentiates a good hotel from a great hotel.

Good location near Seongsu station exit 3, and nice hotel room Hotel members good in english and help me to call taxi driver to the airport
