The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room service was excellent. The hotel itself had an amazing scent and I liked the architecture and art used in decorations. Good location and good staff. Unfortunately the trash can of my room still not cleanup when I was check in.

GLAD Gangnam COEX Center is located next to Exit 1 of Samseong Subway Station (Line 2) and houses a fitness center, lounge and front desk open around the clock.

The subway exit is right in front of the hotel haha.. so convenient! The AC system is so sufficient. It was freezing during the days we visited Seoul. It was like minus 16°C but we didn't feel a bit of coldness inside the room, warm and cozy. Very nice. The carpet is also super clean.
