What a fantastic stay! From arrival to departure, everything was flawless thanks to the phenomenal staff. Imam, Wissam, and Rabiya at the Front Desk were friendly and attentive, setting the tone for our entire trip. Oussama and Maria from Guest Relations went the extra mile always checking if we needed anything and arranging small surprises that truly made us feel special.
