As soon as we walked in, it was a wow factor. We were taken to the 50th Floor for priority check in as we upgraded to enjoy the EQ Club and were given exceptional service. The concierge did not explain about the room as he wanted it to be a surprise and again a big wow factor. We left totally satisfied with the hotel and staff. Would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to the twin towers.

The hotel is beautiful, Malaysian culture inspired theme. The staff (Bell from Atas, Kiky at Reception, Wendy from UrSpa) were hospitable and provided us with care. The breakfast was truly exceptional. We stayed in the hotel for a week and everyday there is something new for you to have for breakfast. The hotel is clean. It is located near KLCC were you can go and visit Aquaria.

    Fantastic trip to the Batu Caves. Be careful of the monkeys and wear sensible shoes as the steps are slippery and also the caves have a mineral water content that can be also dangerous on your feet: I slipped over! I can take approximately 20/30-minutes to climb the up to 300-steps..

    Read up before going - there is no information about anything- except that in 2007 the cardigan statue was erected. Also, grab and taxis need to directed down this alley which takes ages to clear. The caves have been there for millions of years - the human stuff alot lot lot lot less!

    I watched most Youtubers video, it's looks awesome in the video, so I went to see for myself, this place is over-rated, sewer channel smell very bad, surroundings shops and stores are poor, not that many.

    Interesting place, lots to see, plenty of walking.

    Interesting place, lots to see, plenty of walking. Recommend getting a taxi there to give flexibility on how long you stay. To go in the temple, shoulders and knees shoukd be covered; but if you forget to take a scarf you can buy one at the shop outside the temple.

    The Batu Cave is cool to see.

    The Batu Cave is cool to see. However, I went there the day after the festival so there was a lot of trash left around and in the cave. That was disappointing to see and there was a bit of smell because of the heat and trash. It's interesting that they want people to cover up and respect the culture but they left trash everywhere.

    The caves are damp and wet, so not the best.

    The caves are damp and wet, so not the best. Bathrooms are far from the main entrance of the caves. The area is not well maintained. Inside the cave they are fixing leaks. The community and government could do a lot more. The fun - is running up the stairs, however the steps are narrow, so if you are not fit, best to skip.

    We loved this property! The location was excellent as you can walk to Brickfields and to Central market. You can also easily walk to the station to get to Batu caves and the LRT to KLCC. The views of KL were amazing and the Infinity cafe in the lobby was so handy! Thank you for being so accommodating and we will definitely stay again!
