Strategically located in the heart of Rotterdam, this family owned boutique hotel is a real gem. It was wonderfully refurbished with a great taste and effort but it has an interesting story as well, being the place where Mr. Pincoff had his office and his vault. The rooms are voluminous and very luxurious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dank u!

Amazing hotel. Beautifully designed (which for me is super important), extra comfy huge bed, perfect bathtub and shower. Breakfast is delicious and location is super central. I've been twice and will definitely come back.

    Hop on the tram 23 at Beurs and travel by tram over the...

    Hop on the tram 23 at Beurs and travel by tram over the bridge and walk back its a lovely view. For Cruise passengers exit the cruise terminal and cross the road to the tram stop take the no 23 heading towards the city its only 2/3 stops to get into the heart of the city if you want to go to the Markal get off at Beurs and cross the tram lines look for the tram 21 and it takes you to Blaak which is directly opposite the Markal. Pay for your tram with your tap bank cards make sure you tap on and off the tram and this works out way cheaper than taxi

Close to the central train station, the center and the southern part through Erasmus bridge - The 4 bed dorm was very spacious and includes chairs and a table. - The reception lady gave me good tips for the city, the place does have a family friendly and warm vibe. I understand some of the younger people working there can also give tips for going out and sometimes show around guests - Met some really cool people there

    The hotel is situated in one of the prime locations in Rotterdam. The river Maas, the Erasmus bridge, the Maritime museum, Spido etc, are all within walking distance. The Leuvehaven metro station and the tram stop are just outside the doorstep. Many restaurants on the Witte de Witstraat are within 4-5 minutes walking distance. The staffs are very friendly, and the cleanliness of the rooms are worth mentioning.

    I must start by writing that I looooooove Rotterdam and this hotel was the perfect accommodation. It's right up in the city center, minutes away by walking from Markethall, the Cubic Houses, The Central Train Station, the Erasmus Bridge and so on. The room was very clean and the bed comfy and I loved the vetiver shower gel and hand soap (it's my favourite flavour) :D The staff was beyond friendly and helpful.

    The location is great - near the Metro and Tram and the area around it was great too with good views of port and interesting building. Walk across Erasmus Bridge was spectacular. Food Hall connected to hotel was a bonus.

    I loved the history! The room was large and heated with STEAM which made it exceptionally cozy because it was cool & rainy. Large windows that open (though it was too chilly for that) and look out onto river and businesses on the river. The bar and breakfast were both excellent. Once the cruise ships leave port, there's a spectacular view of the city and the Erasmus bridge. The area was quiet most of the time. Restaurants and supermarket within easy walking distance.
