Hand down the best place to stay in Auckland! We initially planned on staying for 5 nights, and we ended up extending another 5 nights because we liked it so much. Great secure parking in a small suburb to the cbd with everything you might need. There's a mall 5 minute drive from there with movies, supermarkets, and more. The staff were AMAZING. Everyone we met was extremely nice and helpful. The room is big and spacious, and the kitchen was everything we could want. I'm really so happy we found this place. The value for money was incredible.

We stayed here after our wedding. The staff was so nice, everybody will congratulate us from the front desk to the restaurant. We were surprise with chocolates, a letter from the manager and a beautiful dessert after our dinner. The service was exceptional, the room was super clean, great bed, the food was amazing! I really really liked and recommend this hotel. Shout out to Alex at the bar, Eve (I believe was her name, a waitress for our our dinner) and everyone! Amazing staff!

The Surrey is the place to be when arriving at Auckland. We loved to studio we booked, the restaurant is also very nice serving perfect breakfast and even lunch and dinner. We will definitely come back again next year. Special thanks to the staff they were very helpful and lovely.

I think this is the coolest hotel I have ever stayed at! When in Auckland, it would be a shame staying elsewhere. The hotel is very, very interesting and unusual, and every little detail is very well thought of. The bathroom and the balcony were very spacious and comfy. Not too far from the city center. Very comfy, convenient and trendy. We loved it!

Great value and great location, very close to bars, restaurants and cafes with a supermarket right next to the hotel. We also loved the breakfast vouchers that we used at a place called the tuck shop and the next day at the coffee club, it was nice to eat at two different cafe each morning
