The location is perfect, you can walk to almost everything in Auckland CBD. The room is very tidy and the room service staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend to family stay.

I got upgraded to a room on top floor, which exceeded my expectations by all means. The view was fantastic and during my short stay at Auckland I got to see the most important sights of the city at one glimpse. Also the pool and gym offered brilliant way to fresh up after long flights. Many thanks for the beautiful experience! Also staff was extremely helpful, self-initiative and friendly.

Our stay at the voco Auckland City Centre was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff and their dedication to guest comfort. We arrived in Auckland on a red-eye flight, landing in the middle of the night. Not only did the hotel graciously check us in at 4:00 am, but they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Imagine our surprise when we were greeted with freshly made pizzas! After a long journey, this unexpected gesture of hospitality was exactly what we needed. The excellent service continued throughout our stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city.
