Having free entry to the Waterpark is really a blessing

The pool and bar was nice and clean.Staff were excellent.Also the restaurant was good.Breakfast was basic but sufficient.Dinner buffet was also good value.All in all was good value for money and a hidden gem.We were so grateful to get it after a very stressful day of our flight being cancelled.Ryanair did not help at all so we were lucky we found it.

The hotel was really nice - my daughter stayed in a Villa across the road so spent all my days over there, but the hotel was lovely The hotel staff were very friendly - I reported my Air Conditioning wasn't working to reception and it was sorted that same day Great Location with free shuttle bus from and to the Hilton across the road to the Marina daily - plus was able to use the Spa facilities at the Hilton should I wish to do so The food was great - I was breakfast only and plenty of choice was on offer I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay - although not much for children to do other than the pool - best for Adults only stay

Excellent staff and facilities

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and the swimming pool area great to relax.

The View of the beach was beautiful. Walking distance to the beach was less than 5 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants near by.

We were really pleased about this facility from the beginning to the end of our stay. We were greeted warmly in excellent English, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options - breads, croissants, jams, meat, cheese, vegetables, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and grains, a fancy coffee machine (though we only needed the hot water for tea), and even "make-your-own crêpes. There was always enough parking, even if there were a lot of cars at the adjacent restaurant (which was also good!) We were mostly in Algarve for the beaches, but one afternoon we relaxed at the pool instead, swimming and reading. It's a lovely area - clean, refreshing water, plenty of recliner chairs and umbrellas for sunning or shade. Our room had a nice balcony (with a drying rack for laundry), room-darkening shades, everything you could want for cooking/eating in the room kitchen, table and 2 chairs (we had a studio), and lamps on both nightstands at each side of the bed. The AC did a nice job of cooling. The bathroom was really nice and sparkling clean. Elevator worked great too. Hangers in the closet, and a room safe. We enjoyed staying there!

We spent more than 14 days in Portugal during Christmas, and three of those days were at Loulé Jardim Hotel. I can say with full confidence that this was the best experience among all the hotels we stayed in. There are many reasons for this: - Excellent service and an extremely helpful reception team - Very tasty and high-quality breakfast - Free on-site parking, including an underground garage - Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds - Special thanks to Mr. Pedro for his help with luggage-related questions Throughout our stay, it truly felt like everyone working there went the extra mile every day to make the guests’ stay exceptional.

Nice hotel in a large building. Large windows. Spacious room. Near lots of restaurants and attractions

The staff members; Bianca and Goretti. They’re amazingly, with a excellent customer service team. Made us feel at home, with their great attitude and attention, to our needs.

Beautiful building and very friendly staff. The breakfast was terrific, and they made even eggs to order. I had scrambled with bacon. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. I would highly recommend it!

Great property! Enjoyed our stay!

Since the check-in we loved every minute of our stay. The staff was extremely professional and kind. The free shuttle available on request is a wonderful add which we didn't even need since the hotel is less than 10 minutes away from the most amazing beach. One day we walked to Vilamoura, it took us about 1 hour and it was amazing, so if you don't mind long walks along the beach we'd highly recommend it. The pool is fantastic, the room was sparkling clean, the whole building looks incredible, the neighborhood is super quiet, there's a free shuttle and you can request beach towels at any time. We were already very very happy with our stay but what really exceeded our expectations was the surprise birthday cake and sparkling wine we found when we got back to our room on the day of my birthday. We didn't even mention this in our booking or during the check-in so the fact that they noticed and arranged all that created a wonderful memory. Thank you so much to the staff of the Ria Park for one of the best holidays we ever had.
