Amazing hotel and friendly staff

Beautiful hotel - a book lover's oaradise! Quirky but comfortable, delicious clean food, excellent staff and just outside Obidos city walls.

Location and restaurnat and most importantly the stuff.

We use to live not far away so we knew the area and have been to Sana for drinks before. Very convenient, nicely equipped room and super friendly staff.

I liked that the staff were very friendly and obliging. We had bicycles which were kept in a store room at ground level, it seemed to me that there were procedures in place to ensure the safety of our bikes and anyone else's stuff. I was impressed with that. Breakfasts were good. Location central. I really enjoyed our stay here.

Clean room Quiet location Copious breakfast Wonderful spa/welness

the swimming pool area, the views from our room, the various options for meals, the treatment received by Ana at the spa, the gym

Staff is amazing, great restaurant and mostly the vibes, everyone was amazing. Plus there are events every day and these are really fun

Our stay in Óbidos was good. The apartment comfortable and cozy. Medieval decoration on the room, to keep the same environment as on streets, the bathroom cleaned and enough. The staff very friendly and ready to help us. We really enjoy stay at this place. Really recommend this place.

Location was excellent for us...next to the main street inside the walls. The staff was waiting for us and so helpful.

The location of this hotel is very magical. Almost attached to the castle wall, and feels like going back in time!

Fantastic hotel, medieval touch, super clean and comfy. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Very close to walled town.

Wonderful new hotel right below the Obidos castle, with easy walking distance to attractions. Very well done with decor and efficiencies, to include a great breakfast. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Free parking right in front of the hotel was a big bonus in the area. One of there specialties is welcoming pets and even have a welcome gift box for dogs. I had to find a hotel quickly during the the major storm event Kristin and we stayed for a few days while power was being restored to the area, the staff was great in helping us with even the little things. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Walking distance to the walled city entrance. Quiet, friendly staff and breakfast was fine.

Comfortable room with a large balcony. Terrific breakfast and hospitable staff.

We took the villa room which is huge and beautiful. Hotel can be reached by car and a short walking distance to the city between the walls.

Hotel was very clean and smelled good. The twin beds were spacious. Also, hotel is in quiet area. The hotel has an awesome breakfast in the morning. The hotel staff are very professional and helpful. Also, the have hair dryer at front desk that you can borrow. Nice restaurants within walking distance of hotel. We love restaurant tulip.

a very enjoyable stay..quiet room perfectly clean and comfortable with all amenities...an elevator... good breakfast and a pretty courtyard garden area next to the breakfast room... wifi throughout

the location is good. The facilities are good, breakfast was continental, with a small offering of hot breakfast. Clean rooms and clean facilities.

Spacious and clean rooms, with daily housekeeping. The breakfast was good. Great location, just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. Friendly staff and a pleasant stay!

Super helpful and accomodating staff. Peacful and well-priced.

The hotel was exceptional, the room, location, price we paid exceeded our expectations. The hot breakfast food was disappointing but the choice of continental breakfast items was good.

I’ve stayed there before and know I will receive good service
