For starters the staff, namely Mr. Filipe Miguel, was very professional and polite, the accomodation had all the ammenities and comfort for a family of 4. Last, but not least, if you are looking to have a place to rest peacefully, overlooking the lake and the surrounding mountains, this is a place that I highly recommend. Not to mention that you can go on foot to the lake and you are 5 minutes away, by car, from the vila's center. The overall experience was 5 stars.

Everything was perfect. House we had is new and very nicely furnished. All equipment is new and clean and bright. View fantastic. Spa super! Staff at the reception and welcome was really nice.
