It smelled amazing inside although I did have to turn that off due to it being overwhelming for my mom who is ill with cancer but still smelled amazing. Owner didn’t get upset at all if I had to bother him and there was an another guy that asked if we needed help and also helped us. Also the staff was amazing, we were in Cleveland to take my mom to the Cleveland Clinic and I had our checkout extended an hour for her appointments and her appointments were running late so the clinic staff was able to call this hotel and extend our checkout again so they gave us till 2pm I absolutely love how they worked with us, that made a world of difference to me!Guest review byValarieUnited States
