Our car was valet . The concierge brought our suitcases upstairs and brought us 2 cappuccinos to our rooms. We needed extra amenities delivered to the room and it was probably taken care of it. We went to the restaurant downstairs and the concierge set up a special table for us for a honeymoon. We are local so we definitely will be coming back more. The rooms are exactly I like the photos you see on this site. We were so pampered on our honeymoon night.

Overall we really loved this hotel! When you step inside you feel like you are being transported to a different world and a different time. The hotel is very classy, when you first walk in everything smells good and the decor is absolutely stunning. There is spa water available everywhere for guests and the front desk concierge is available for communication via text throughout your stay, which is super convenient. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, we loved the design and the pool/ocean view. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of amenities. We loved the pool and beach access -- you get lounge chairs, towels, and an umbrella at both the pool and the beach included in your stay for no additional charge. You can also order food and drinks both at the pool and at the beach! We particularly loved the coconut drink with rum and coconut cream. All the hotel staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They also have a really nice hotel bar with a daily happy hour from 4-7pm. We enjoyed the espresso martinis and lobster empanadas. Also, shout out to our awesome bartender Margarita! She was so nice and a pleasure to chat with. This hotel has so many amenities we didn't even have time to try everything -- there is a pool table in the lobby, bikes available to rent, yoga classes, a fitness center, games by the pool and by the beach, daily breakfast, and more. There is also a restaurant we didn't have the chance to try because it is only open on the weekends and we were there during the week. We are looking forward to returning soon to experience all this hotel has to offer!

    Adorable 2 Bedroom Condo Beach Service 1110 owner is dishonest. Did not give promised refund for 99 degree room with no A/C. Does not maintain property, Ocean views ruined by non working shades. Icemaker broken. Lights not working. Property much more dated than described and pictured

    Not quite as famous as Ocean Drive, but it has many historic buildings, too. Definitely worth taking your time walking up and down the road, day and night. You don't get the "thump, thump, thump" of the music on here, either.

    Don't stay @ Best Western Hotel Wors place ever. Spent one night on 5th floor, the view was the top of a roof with all the garbage of the floors above. The hallway ceiling was falling apart with mold all around.

    The location was excellent, right on Collins Avenue and very accessible. The pool areas were spacious and well laid out, even though they were usually full. The beach was beautiful — the only downside was the seaweed, but that’s pretty common this time of year and hard to avoid.

    I appreciate it the location of the hotel in relation to the rest of Collins Avenue. There was nothing over the top about it, but it served my basic needs very well. The owner of my condo was very easy to work with and very accommodating and I will definitely go back to his property in the future if it works out with our schedules mutually. another great bonus is they have a small store that sold pretty much anything you could possibly need located in the main lobby for reasonable prices
