Entire, staff, neat and clean, breakfast, location

Jackie at the front desk was amazing, rooms clean and modern. Simple and functional. Great breakfast and coffee.

We did not hesitate to book this property! Kudos Team.

The staff was amazing and made my daughter’s bday very special. Highly recommended

Location, staff and amenities were excellent! Definitely a Conrad fan from this point forward and the view to the concert hall is unbeatable!

Room was big, place was very clean, and the facilities were great

Huge room, comfortable beds, baby cot, incredible facilities

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was amazing. I loved the extra security of having to use your room key to get into the elevator and bathroom. It made us feel safe. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows, too. We loved every second of our stay!

Good place close to Little Tokyo Station. Everything was clean, and the room was spacious. Each floor has a separate shower room in addition to the shared ones. The staff is very friendly. The price was very good compared to other places in LA.

Everything was good but the price with no breakfast includes and for this kind of hotel is just not fair

It was a massive place or the price. The shower was lovely, great pressure and body wash. The TVs were great. The bed (we slept in, there was like 3 in this place) was comfy. We had a full kitchen, it was a bit much for the two of us for one night. But for a family, this place is too perfect. The place itself was close to the venue and everything else you might want to do.

You can tell this is a newly opened hotel because everything is pristine. The property is spotless, the rooms are very large, and the lobby has a gorgeous, upscale ambiance (and a lovely scent!). Excellent service from a very accommodating team.

The fact that Sonder is situated in a repurposed old century-old Lane Building is the highlight! It retained some of the old features like the mailbox system, the tiles at the lobby, make it super memorable and unique. The facilities provided met my expectations, and we loved the space within the room!

Great place to stay. Appreciate in Chinatown reflecting Chinese art and culture

It’s in downtown. Everything you need is right out the hostel. I will definitely book when I come back to LA.

Amazing rooftop pool and view, very modern hotel.

Exceptionally good hotel. Very thoughtful and friendly staff, great facilities and the Japanese feel really does it. Remarkable.

Great location and staff, comfy room and great amenities.

Love the property. The owner is a really cool guy. The building is quiet, great access to many stores, food places etc. to go to.

First of all the staff was nice and helpful. Not only at the front desk but also the waiters and waitresses at the restaurant and the guys operating the valet parking. Thank you for that, it made our stay nicer. Otherwise, the place is nicely decorated. The room was clean and accurately sized with a comfy bed and stylish bathroom. The bathtub is a big plus. The breakfast at the restaurant was also super tasty.

Ideally located,Level exceeded our expectations: large, spacious and spark clean apartment, good quality appliances and furniture; very quiet with a beautiful view to DTLA; friendly and helpful staff Highly recommended!

Front desk and employees like Dawson, Franklin and Precious make staying here superb! Thomas, Wakeel, Faysal in the valet/parking give you that been living here all your life comfortable feeling that money can’t buy! LEVEL definitely taking it to that next LEVEL! Also shout out to Brittney and Ellis for always being so greeting and the BEST! Thank You!

We really liked the room in our hotel. It was modern and nice. The pool on the top floor was amazing. It looked like it was newley renovated. You get free sun cream, free after sun. nice beds that are free to use. I would highly reccomend this hotel. Valet parking was good aswell. You can also bring your own drinks to the pool, which saved us a lot of money :)

Easy to get to Dodger Stadium
