The location was super convenient. You could tell that they just updated everything. The shower was complicated but when you figured it out, it was super cool and I am actually wanting the same one of my house. The staff was amazing. I didn't open the door for myself at all and the receptionist ladies gladly answered my many phone calls when I couldn't figure something out.

The bedroom was decent, and so was the bathroom, although there were some nooks and crannies that were dirty. There were a lot of extra things to go look at, and I loved the history of it.

What I did like about the hotel was the convenient location, friendly staff, room was clean, and it was a place that was available on short notice.I did appreciate the elevator it was very quick very fast

    Very easy for taxi to drop off in front of ship.

    Very easy for taxi to drop off in front of ship. It looked like parking was easy too. We flew in from east coast and stayed at a nearby hotel in Long Beach and walked to the beach to have dinner the night before. Really enjoyed ourselvers and felt safe.

    Looks were deceiving, upon arrival thought oh my goodness where did we book but rooms are nice and clean. Beds comfy. Let us check in early with a 20.00 checkin fee since traveling 13 hours to get there. Kind of a sketchy looking area but felt safe and was very close to the Long Beach Cruise Terminal. Would stay again.
