Hotels near New Center Area, Detroit

I had a reservation for 5 nights during the recent strike. Although due to this the hotel was short of personell the remaining staff did everything to make me feel good. After 3 nights I decides to leave as it seamed to me that Detroit was falling asleep due to the strikes. The management let me go without charging the remaining 2 nights and without discussion. It was simply great how management and staff acted in this very difficult situation. Thank you very much. MGM Resorts are at the top of my personal recommendation list.

Location was the best, the vintage look of the hotel was great. The rooms were spacious and comfortable

Loved the smell from the minute you walked in, the modern design restaurant and lounge options room was beautiful

I love how unique the Siren Hotel is. It has a great vibe and decor. The staff is very welcoming and kind.

Room, location, and friendly staff

Our stay was excellent. It greatly exceeded my expectations in every way. Plenty of choices to eat at most times of the day. Excellent staff.

everything was perfect! Staff was so nice and helpful!

Nice bed . Nice location . Nice staff . Right across the street from a sandwich spot , it was open late which was perfect traveling with teens!

Wish it had an elevator but staff moved my room to the first floor because I couldn't do the stairs

The staff were great and the food in the restaurant was very good. There was a great view from the restaurant. My only complaint was that the charge for the dog for one night was very excessive at 75.00 .

River front view Great restaurant

What a find. We spent three nights at the Roost Detroit and from the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the elegance and comfort of this wonderful hotel. Welcoming staff, grand architecture, an exceptionally well equipped two bedroom suite, great onsite dining, nice amenities and perfect location made for a very nice visit. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in town.
