Me and my family stayed there for one night and it was perfect. Comfortable, clean and all the good things. Staff was amazing at check in and check out. Lisa and Adriana were VERY helpful and kind. 100% recommended.

Personnel was very welcoming. We asked for a plumbing service and it was provided promptly. Hotel was very centric, well mantained and the room very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good.

The hotel was in a very good location. We could easily walk to the waterfalls and they had a spectacular viewing deck. The room was also very elegant. It was a very pleasant stay beyond what I expected. And, it has a freeparking area.

The size of the room was bigger than i expected. The overall hotel was nicer than I expected. We chose a balcony room to watch the fireworks and it was perfect for that. Parking was easy too.

Cleanliness and modern bathrooms. I like the fact that my room had standing shower as against single bathtub.

The property is near to all attractions in Clifton. 7 minutes walk to famous Niagara Falls. Decent breakfast and free parking. Bed is very soft and everyday with a room cleaning service.

Everything was perfect!!! I left cash in the safety box when I checked out. But the housekeeping kept it safely and returned it to me the next day when I revisited hotel. I really appreciate it.

The location 15 minutes walking from kids entertainment area and restaurants and 20-25 minutes from the falls. The staff was very friendly and kind and the kitchen even made us packed food boxes with breakfast on our last days since we had to leave early for the flight.

Lovely location. Close enough to all amenities and eateries but tucked slightly further away from all the noise in Clifton Hill.

Very walkable to all the attractions as well as the falls. I felt that this hotel offered a better value then some of the bigger hotels with supposedly more amenities

Clean and Location was good. The reception guy was so polite. There was free baggage storage.
