The hotel is truly one of the most welcoming and professional places we’ve ever stayed. They helped us arrange our trips and always made sure we were safe and comfortable as foreigners. We had a small misunderstanding during our stay, but they handled it with such professionalism that it only showed us how much they care about their guests. Our room was also amazing — very comfortable, beautifully designed, and the atmosphere was so cozy. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on, and we had everything we could possibly need right at our fingertips. It really made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. This hotel was one of the main reasons our honeymoon was so memorable. All the staff were incredibly kind, always smiling, and eager to help at any time of day or night. A special thanks to Hannah and Erin for their warmth and professionalism — they truly made a difference. If you’re in Hanoi and haven’t stayed at this hotel, then you haven’t truly experienced Hanoi Thank you, Maya de Villa, for making our honeymoon so remarkable and unique. The location was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and every question we had was answered clearly. The rooms were cleaned daily and the AC was fantastic.

Everything about our stay was wonderful Exceeded every expectation. Kai, Jenny and Hana at the front desk were delightful and helped us with restaurants, cars and anything else we needed. The spa was amazing having several treatments during g our 6 night stay. They were open until 11pm which allowed us to have massages after dinner before bed. The breakfasts were yummy with a wide variety And made to order eggs and delicious coffee The breakfast staff was wonderful too Our room was spacious. Comfortable king bed, street view and bath with large shower Highly recommend and will stay here again We arrived as strangers and left as friends The only place to stay in the old city

at the center of old quarter, staffs are very friendly, they help me with 1 day money back as i had to re schedule the flight, also they booked taxi in 5.30 am in the morning within 5 minutes for airport. so happy for you.

good location located in the heart of center in old quarter, surrounding by good restaurants. easy to walk around to explore the town. All staffs are super nice, kind and helpful. they give us very good service! Especially Mr.Jay, he is the best. we will come back and stay here again!! recommended to everyone!

The room was the best I’ve encountered in Vietnam. Huge and soft bed with two pillows. Tons of space for luggage. Bathroom with an enclosed shower. I could go on. The breakfast was plentiful with Vietnamese dishes, à la carte options, and breads, pastries, juices, yogurts, and eggs. The staff were lovely! I wish I stayed here for my entire stay in Hanoi. It’s a lovely hotel.
