Overall everything was nice, especially the staff ( Dolphin, Hana, Suong, Lucky), They helped us with everything we needed from tour planning to extra blankets to recommendations to getting us a ride to anywhere we wanted. They even helped us with recommendations for the next city we will getting to. Everything went smoothly. They always welcomed us nicely actually we felt like home. It was just such a pleasant stay.

The best experience in terms of accommodation in Hoi An, I would say in the whole Vietnam. Friendly stuff, very peaceful, and romantic place.The breakfast is 10x. I really love this place

The location and the comfort! I loved staying at Merrily de Art so much. The staff is amazing very helpful and trustworthy. It’s around 15 min walk from the OldTown and thats exactly what I LOVED the most. In the countryside you want some peace and rest, it’s exactly what you will het here.

Everything. The hotel is perfect, the rooms are large, very comfortable and clean. The attention of the staff is the best, they are in every detail and provide you with a lot of information about what to do or facilitate everything if you want to travel to another city. Hannah and Spring were wonderful and gave me very good advice. The pool is very nice and you can rent a bike or motorcycle at the hotel to visit the city or the beach. The breakfast is very good and complete. I recommend 100%.

Our stay was very pleasant. The welcome Ginger tea was the best we’ve had in Vietnam. Above all, the staff are the highlight of our stay! We had to check out early in the morning 5 am to catch a flight, so we couldn’t catch the breakfast and we mentioned this to the hotel staff (Trang and Sa) and they were very kind to prepare a to go breakfast from scratch for us and made exactly the dishes we said we’d like. Cannot recommend this place enough, what makes a hotel stay a special one is always lovely and amazing staff. Thank you Trang and Sa!
