Very clean, comfortable, serene. My room was very big. But the staff and customer service is impeccable! I went to each of the recommendations the staff gave me and they were all amazing. The hotel itself is a bit of a walk from the Old Town, but it makes up for it by being peaceful and quiet.

I have been to many hotels all over Vietnam and this is by far my favorite. From the time we landed at Danang international airport, we were met with our very friendly driver. Once we arrived at the hotel we were assisted by Jessie (Jessica). She was extremely helpful, friendly and just overall made our stay phenomenal. It was a very nice surprise to receive a free local beer and snack, as it was not expected. Unfortunately, we only had one night at the hotel, but my entire family wished we stayed longer. The staff were phenomenal, everyone from the ladies At reception to the guys helping with our luggage, the rooms were immaculate, I honestly could not find a single fault with the rooms, and the breakfast selection was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hoi An. We stayed in the premier king room with a balcony for reference.

The property is really nice, rooms are modern and clean, beds are heaven--all comes at the very high end of what we experienced during our 4-week trip in Vietnam. But what makes Merrily stands out is the quality of service! We had not even checked in that the staff helped us find a buyer for our motorcycles (and succeeded)--we had shared our will to sell these asap. Then they were really flexible with our checkout. They are truly nice, they listen and care more than expected. Would definitely recommend and come back.

The property is such a good value for money. Rooms were nice and clean plus the staff were amazing! They give you a map of what to do in Hoi An and give you a range of price for activities around. They offer private tours as well but don’t mind if you do the exploring your own way. Just very near the old town and grab bikes going there was so cheap. Would definitely recommend staying here. 😁

New hotel near Hoi An ancient town, beautiful and fully equipped. The rooftop bar is great if wanting to watch the sunset over the river. Enthusiastic and cute staff. We stayed 2 extra days for this vacation.
