Going to Southbank, little Bourke and little Collins for shopping and is a quick 10 minute walk. Of course, W hotels always have modern and well designed edgy rooms and amenities.

The morel is located moderately close to the city and the staff was really friendly. The condition of the accommodation was cleaner than expected. Other than that, the old accommodation provided me with the perfect vacation.

I liked that the accommodation was just across the street from the marina and that there were several restaurants to choose from within a short walk. There is a tram stop right at the front door and it is a short walk to Marvel Stadium if you are a football fan. The apartment whilst small was very clean and had all we needed to launder our clothes and cook our own meals. I appreciated the coffee machine too.

From the outside the accomodation looked like a typical motel from the 50’s but when you opened the door to the room I was pleasantly surprised. Clean. Comfortable bed. Newly renovated bathroom with really good water pressure. Complimentary water, soft drink, coffee & tea, biscuits even some lollies. Welcome drink to use at the attached hotel establishment. Staff at reception were lovely and helpful.

We were thrilled to find that our room was actually a delightful 1 bedroom apartment with a view of Richmond.
Lovely, warm, great furnishings and a wonderful nights sleep for us and our 1 year old, who used the supplied cot which was thoughtfully fitted out.

Friendly staff, spacious apartment, clean and the bed was so incredibly comfortable. The location is fantastic being so Close to Cheltenham station, Southland shopping centre and there are great cafe's, salons and convenient stores for everything you could need or want within 2 minutes walk from the hotel front door.
Highly recommended this for leisure or business guests, my partner and I loved it.

The location was terrific for Southern Cross Station and for the other places we went to

Check-in was nice and quick, however we were only issued with one set of keys when there was two of us staying. The sub-penthouse was lovely, the apartment was extremely spacious and bright and would highly recommend this room to anyone checking into this hotel.

It was pure pleasure from Check in to Check out. The staff was very friendly, the apartment was very specious and fully equipped, the Hotel policies are very generous, I used the gym which was well equipped and location was excellent, right in the center of everything.
