Perfect parking spot right by the building, supermarket nearby. The huge outdoor hot tub under the canopy is absolutely amazing, especially after a long or rainy day. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped — everything was just perfect.

This is a very comfortable inn with friendly staff and clean rooms. The setting is very picturesque with lovely grounds, outdoor seating areas, and a fun collection of exotic birds. The breakfasts were delicious and we also enjoyed one dinner in their dining room which was an unexpected treat! The chef is top-notch and we loved the food.

Well-appointed unit for short or long term rentals. The washer was a plus and the spa was a treat. Communication with the hosts was great, and any concerns were addressed immediately. Would absolutely stay here again next time we are in the area. Oh, watch out for the neighborhood cat that tries to sneak in any time the door was cracked!

We loved the spacious and modern apartment. The bathroom was very clean, and the water pressure was excellent. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, though we didn't use them much. The apartment also had a washer, which is the big BONUS to us during a long trip. I just wished there was also a dryer in our unit so that I didn't need to use the drying rack. The sulfur smell was pretty strong, but I guessed it's just normal in Rotorua. Overall, it was a pleasant 2-night stay. I won't hesitate to book again if traveling to this area next time.

Breakfast was OK but not sure it was worth $18 for 2 rashers of bacon, two eggs and 2 pieces of toast.
