The transfer from and to the airport was perfect and on time. The room was big and very comfortable, with blackout curtains and soundproof windows (essential to be close to the airport). The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body cream, and soap. The hair dryer worked well.

Close to the airport, clean and the restaurant accommodates to special meal requirements.

Great location, only a couple of minutes from the metro station. Staff were helpful checking me in and out quickly. Breakfast was good. Convenient for a one-night stay

The location, the size of the room, the fact that it was a corner room with windows in two directions and an excellent view; the interior of the hotel, and its decoration, the beautiful dinning room and bar.

It is a good hotel to stay for a couple of nights. It is pretty close to Apumanque mall, the metro and restaurants. The surroundings are nice and we felt safe the time we were there. The bed was comfortable.

Well situated for me to safely walk all over.

Good location, nice neighborhood. Even though it shows that it is an old building you can tell there are efforts to maintain it in a nice shape. The restaurant in the first floor was really good.

Very good choice for our needs. Good restaurant and very friendly stuff. Free shuttle service from and to the airport, but make sure to talk about it in advance (especially to get from the airport to the hotel)

, facilities, staff, and particularly the location. I didn’t know that you should avoid the city centre of Santiago, so this came very good as it is close to metro, to the big shopping centre, there is a Walmart express (líder) nearby, in general is great.

Everything was exceptional!!!! The location is perfect - central, very safe, close to subway and buses, parks, quiet street with lots of trees, rooms are spacious and everything is spotless clean, staff are amazing, very helpful and kind, restaurant offers chef-style menu at super reasonable prices, cafe has tables outside. 200% recommended!

The Hotel is very Beautiful. The Front desk was very friendly and helpful and all spoke English. The Suite was amazing. The Restaurant had great food and an amazing staff that was very Friendly. Amazing rooftop pool area.

Location, location, location. We wanted a place where we could walk to the major attractions and restaurants. This was it. Having the restaurant on the top floor also made for some interesting views while we ate breakfast.

The hotel has convenient location and shuttle to the Airport! Very nice breakfast not too big, but enough to eat before the flight! Air conditioners a re new and nice in the rooms!
