As a cherry on top, my partner celebrated his birthday here, and the staff went above and beyond to make it truly unforgettable.

We were greeted and supported by one of the most kind, professional, and helpful hotel staff we ever met, which made our stay even better. Rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and our room had an amazing, unobstructed view to Skytree tower that left us breathless. The location is also spectacular: Asakusa is lovely, Senso-ji temple is super close, easy access to the riverside. Plus the hotel is very close to the metro station, and can be easily and conveniently reached from Haneda airport in about 50 minutes without having to change trains. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff is friendly, the amenities are such a sweet extra. Having a bath house in site is also very nice to unwind. The breakfast spread is delicious and offers a selection from Japanese breakfast to western breakfast. The hotel is easily connected by train to Tokyo Station and the other places you may want to visit. It was a really pleasant stay.

Really good location - easy access to Ueno station (approx 5 min walk), which is a great base to explore Tokyo - close to all the Ueno shops and restaurants but across the road - alot quieter on this side but just 5 mins to the busy part. - 7-11 right outside the hotel - easy access to late night snacks or extra water/drinks or anything you might have forgotten to pack. 2. The staff were really friendly. Always happy to help. 3. Comfy room. Bed was a little on the harder side but still very comfortable
