location was great as such a short walk to the beach! However, right next to tram work so it was very noisy.

The ambiance of the gardens ,the birds and having breakfast with a roo , facilities were good and the bed was very comfy and a proper four poster with drapes ,not far from the main drag yet we felt we were detached from the bussle of suburbia ,For us it was a great find on road trip from U.K....have already recommended to friends in QLD

It's in a great location in Broadbeach. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Spacious rooms with fantastic views, plus lots of lifts for quick and easy access to the room.
