Everything! The staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was perfectly laid out and clean and perfectly appointed. Loved the windows to the street. It was warm and cozy when we wanted and nice and cool when we needed it to be. One of the best rooms I’ve ever slept in. The bed was amazing! Live the location as it wasn’t in the hustle and bustle of downtown. The train station is right outside the front door so not is easy to get anywhere you want. No parking lot but there is street side parking all over the place. If we return to Hamburg, we will be staying at Clouneys!

The location is beautiful, you can just walk in any direction and enjoy the city. The staff were wonderful. We had valet parking, and they were also super helpful with our luggage, and later when we realized we had forgotten something in the car it was no problem for them to help us retrieve it. The bar staff in the lobby lounge bar were great, and so were the drinks. We ate at Atlantic Grill & Health. Lovely meal, and super service. The room was fantastic, and the bed, the pillows, the duvet covers, it was amazingly comfortable 😊

The location of the hotel is convenient. It takes 15 minutes on foot to reach the city center. We would definitely stay again on our next journey to Hamburg.

    I was born and grew up in Hamburg, still love it, and always like to come back for a visit. I am glad the main part of the city hasn't changed too much and is still as beautiful as it was many years ago. There is a lot of construction going on at the moment, however, but I guess that's necessary to keep things in good condition. Too bad, some of the older buildings are being torn down.

    It is a city that should be visited at any cost It is traditional, cultural and modern days practices found together and one of the best seaside see in the world A lot has happened during WWII and more than 90 percent of the city was destroyed by the war but every thing looks good renovated and modernised up the current art of technology and know how Hagen city is one of the best locations to be visited, which has a lot of modern state of art buildings, shops and restaurants The Hafen is worth visiting and has a lot to offer for tourists

    Viator as a tour operator was very disappointing I booked a tour and I thought I could start the tour, hop on hop off plus the harbour and lake tour, any day he had me scheduled for day I arrived and of course I couldn’t read it because I got there late in the day. So I booked the same trip for the next day and they would not refund my newest trip so I am owed 175 euros But I did enjoy the three days in the city we got to see a lot and had some good food
