Absolutely amazing rooms; although they are quite small everything fits perfectly and the shower is on another level! Breakfast was excellent. Perfect location next to the train station.

We chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location near the bus stop—but the stay itself turned out to be just as brilliant. The room was spotless, with big windows and lovely sunlight on the higher floor. The bed was large and comfy, and although we expected limited space, it easily fit an open large suitcase. The bathroom had proper wet-dry separation and no leaks. We especially liked the shower gels, which came in morning and evening versions with charming little messages on the bottles—such a thoughtful touch! The whole hotel is full of these fun, personal details (CitizenM says: ...), which gave it real character. Best of all, the staff were genuinely warm and helpful from check-in to check-out. Huge thanks to the whole team—you made our stay extra special!

Very close to the airport, can check in and out any time needed, clean, beds are comfortable, there was a non-UK power outlet, there was some coffee (regular and decaf) and tea in the room

Helpful staff to accommodate the need of my stay. The location is central to Glasgow, with easy access to national rail. Go by foot, we were able to reach the west end, SEC, and city centre with ease, all under half an hour of walk time. The room was very quiet.

Spacious room, beautiful, clean and proximity to everywhere within city center. About 4minutes walk to the train station.

This hotel is amazing and great value for money. I don’t think I’ve ever slept in a more comfy bed than this one whilst travelling!

Staffs are really supportive and friendly.Also they allowed us before the actual check in time.Thats very helpful for us to explore the places without our luggages.Also there is luggage storage facilities after our checkout.

It's a nice hotel, clean and spacious, with ample parking facilities (need to pay by hour, free on sunday). Love the room furnishings, everything is well-kept with cosy dining area. Great location (near city centre and the castle). Will definitely come again.

It’s so clean Near to train station, quite area, the bed is very comfortable and the room is warm.

It was clean, comfortable bed, coffee machine, easy accessible with bus or train, nice breakfast.

A lovely welcome in the room from the staff with Irn Bru, shortbread, and a fridge magnet to welcome us to Scotland!

The clean room and surrounding public areas

I lived there for three days. The location of the hotel is extremely good (very close to the railway station), making it an ideal place to make a short stay between sightseeings. Moreover I was offered a conner room, providing a unique view of both sides.

Everything was clean and neat and location was excellent! Room looked like pictures, wi-fi was strong and there was a few different plugs so I didn't need to use my adapter (EU). Whole staff, include reception, bartender and cleaning ladies, where nice and caring. It took only about 15min walk to the Old Town were most of the sights. There was also some sandwich cafe across the road and in next building was Tesco shop you can buy some food.

It was all perfect just tgere must be some system to keep hot water in room.
