Very picturesque! Gorgeous hotel. Very comfortable beds and pillows!

Such a beautiful building and our room was really comfortable. The view was stunning.

Room was sea front absolutely spotless there was 2 flights of stairs but the exercise was needed 😊 free parking onsite

Staff : Note that our cottage unit was located in a wider "caravan park". Reception service was available and useful. Smooth check in experience. Facilities : Inside, everything was complete and rather new. You will have all you need to enjoy your time there. For kids, there was also small play ground at the park. Hot water running great with good pressure. All top notch. Note that the cottage is located on a step-up hence you will need to take a wide stairs. In our view we were lucky since we got one of the "high" cottage with a wider view of the park. Cleanliness : Clean, and I recognised there was no shortcut taken when clean every inch of the house. Comfort : Bed and the caravan's atmosphere were comfortable and cosy. Value Money : We were travelling during autumn school holiday, and comparing other options around Snowdon, this is considered reasonable. Location : Inside the park and its surrounding - quiet and peaceful. Within Snowdown area, although most things are at least 20-30min away (normal for such a big nature park and area). Hence you must need a car on your own. Others: We are family of 4. Internet was very fast (OK for streaming). We were there exploring Snowdon and its surrounding. Plenty parking spaces. The cottage was 2 storey, hence if you have very small kids, it might not be suitable. Our kids were 4 and 6, they were fine with the steep and small stairs leading to the small 2nd floor.

Excellent customer service, wonderful rooms, food and hospitality

Such a beautiful property in a pretty central location to access all different attractions of Snowdonia. We were given a room upgrade and the room was so lovely, extremely clean and spacious and just very comfortable to stay in. Breakfast was very decent for the price and the dining area was lovely. We also loved all the dogs that were around with the guests!

Beautiful location! Very nice room with lakeview. Really comfy beds and a very nice bathroom. Dinner at the hotel was also very good.

Love the Hot Tub. Wish there was more availability in Salon. Restaurant excellent and dog friendly spaces excellent. Dim lights a little though in the Bar.

All staff are super friendly ! The breakfast is delicious and the bar food menu has great options . Great location . Would definitely choose to stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was perfect: generous and really tasty. The staff was kind and helpful. The parking was large. It was very close to Llamberis Path to Snowdon.

Superb staff. The location, food and room were amazing. We had my parents’ memorial upstairs in the Conwy Suite and everything was perfect.

Great experience. The people who worked there were very friendly polite. Especially thanks to a beautiful young woman at the reception. Who helped me more than I asked. The hotel itself is magnificent with its old floor. Each step creaked and crackled in its own way. Giving this hotel an old feeling. The interior is kind of romantical and charming. Breakfast gives you everything you need and a little more if you have special wishes. Dinner is big portions and delicious. For me, it was a great experience and I warmly recommend this hotel to everyone. Castle Hotel, Conwy, North Wales with its old look and people who work there. Excellent!!!
