A trip on the river is a nice way to see the city.
A trip on the river is a nice way to see the city. Worcester is well-provided with a good range of real ale pubs, which was our main reason for visiting. A good centre for visiting other historic towns nearby, too.Guest review byMichaelUnited Kingdom - 8.0

It was a trip to visit friends.. We spent the two days walking/eating at the Arrow Valley Country Park Well worth the visit ,great food at reasonable prices, overlooking the lake. Especially walking to the ruined Abbey and the needle factory (Bordesley Abbey) which took us approximately 2 hour round trip easy walking. Accessible by car .Guest review byAveril - 8.0

Perfect location for a stop over for work, the room was small but adequate, nice to have a Juliet balcony however this could do with a clean. The dinner and breakfast were both very good. The leisure facilities could do with updating as they were very tired looking. The staff were friendly and helpfulGuest review byHelenUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Malvern has a fantastic park, nice restaurants and we really enjoyed the craft beer bar - Weavers. The theatre and park are great but the cafe there is expensice. I suggest buying a picnic from Waitrose and eating it in the park - the play area in the park is all wood adventures. Another plus is the Foley Arms - best Wetherspoons in the world, honest. Best kept beer cellar though is the Great Malvern Hotel.Guest review byJoeUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Droitwich is a small town so does not have a lot to offer. Every evening I used to walk in Vines Park alongside the canal, a most enjoyable walk. There are plenty of parking facilities in Droitwich although I did not use them since the hotel was very near the centre.Guest review byJoan NancySpain - 10.0

Stourport itself was lovely, lots of little pubs along the canal and the town centre had various little shops and cafes. We were there for 1 night unfortunately, but we couldn't stayed for longer. Will definitely be visiting again, it's very chilled and we had a really lovely feel about it.Guest review byJoanneUnited Kingdom
