Location! We didn't plan to use our car to get to the Mammoth resort so chose this hotel due to proximity to the Gondola - it's only 3mins walk from the hotel and you are sitting in the Gondola which takes you to the Eagle lodge where you can start your ski/snowboard journey. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The room had all needed facilities including fridge, coffee machine. The staff is amazing an always ready to help. It was pretty quiet at nights, the room heater was a bit noisy though.

It was a tiny room with exactly what it needed to have- a comfortable bed, a microwave, and a shower. More U.S. hotel rooms should be like this- our national obsession with "bigger means better" has always been tiresome and kinda embarrassing. Rooms this size are yet another lesson we should take from the rest of the world. It was pretty ludicrously expensive ($130+) for what it was, but that's Mammoth Lakes for you- it was the cheapest room we could find on a Monday night.

Nice , quiet and spacious room, very friendly staff. Even though breakfast was not listed as an offer, there was excellent coffee, tea, bread, jams, eggs at the office in the morning. The room has a fridge and microwave, coffee maker in the room. I know where I am going to stay when I am in Mammoth next time. Look no further than Ventura Grand Hotel. It is also very conveniently located in the downtown, next to the shops and restaurants.

Loved the food truck with French food (crepes!), jacuzzi and heated pool nice, sauna great, steam room would have been great but couldn’t figure out how to operate. Location is perfect in Mammoth-walkable to everything. Lobby is cozy—love the fire, coffee & tea, and games, outdoor fires really add great warmth and ambiance. Nice to have fridge/microwave/hairdryer/coffee/robes in rooms.

This hotel is very stylish with beautiful and spacious rooms, with a fantastic and well equipped kitchen, lovely lounge area, scenic balcony and comfortable bedroom. Mammoth Lakes is a VERY expensive area so Juniper Springs Resort is reasonably priced for its location. Staff are very friendly and helpful with great inside knowledge. On-site pool & BBQs for guests to use were a nice touch.

The hotel is located at 5 minutes drive from the village, the center of Mammoth Lake. Rooms are nice, maybe a bit small, but good enough for two adults and a girl. The personnel is always available in case of any needs. We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere at breakfast, with few tables that can be shared with other guests, and a really nice fireplace.

Best location, as shops and eateries are within walking distance. It is also a quiet place to stay in the trees, and you can't really hear the noise of cars driving by. Room was clean, staff friendly, and my favorite part, dog friendly with zero pet fees! This is my second time staying here and my go-to for Mammoth. I will be back!

loved the location and cleanliness of the facility. We had been camping and fishing in Mammoth Lakes for a week and it was lovely to stay in a hotel before the long drive home. The jacuzzi was really nice too. Wish the water temperature wasn't so hot, but then it'd be more like a pool. Kids loved staying here.

Clean room with basic amenities, good reception, availability of good breakfast and hotel for dinner, best location in the valley of Mammoth lake, calm and peaceful location!! Got a feeling of a hotel in Europe, specifically ‘Austria’!!

Excellent price on the 2-BR chateau, especially for Mammoth. The apartment was huge and nicely decorated. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Location had easy access to downtown and recreational activities. Comfortable & clean.

The Mammoth Mountain Inn has by far the best location for mountain access. It's as close to ski-in, ski-out as there is at Mammoth, with spectacular views of the mountain from many rooms and the hotel bar/restaurant.

It's cheaper than most other hotels in Mammoth Lake (which are mostly intend to be resort-like). It's a cozy place and is good for an overnight stay on a road trip if you don't need too many fancy hotel features.

Great hostel for being close to Mammoth MTN. Only a short drive and you are on the slopes. Village is within walking distance for food, etc. I will stay here again. Rooms are fine and beds are cozy bunks.

Spacious apartment well located in Mammoth Lakes. We stayed here as our base into Yosemite, much better drive and approach to see more of Yosemite than coming in from the west.

The apartment are big and comfortable, there is everything inside, you just need to come and enjoy. Close by drive to mammoth mountain coffee shop and big super.

Descent hotel for the ski trip in Mammoth. The room was clean and have plenty of spaces. It's really accessible to the Canyon Lodge.

A cosy hotel on the edge of mammoth lakes. Well fitted and comfortable room. Lounge with hot drinks for guests to use.

Apartment was clean and cozy. One of the best places we have stayed in Mammoth tbh.
