an absolute wee gem. right next to the beach and town. the flat was immaculate, warm and relaxing. the host was amazing and couldn't do enough for us. the property is a bargain price for what you get. we booked to stay for 3 days and ended up staying a week! the flat has everything you need. plenty of lovely places to eat nearby too. would definitely recommend a visit and we'll be visiting again too.

We arrived at 10.30 and cheerfully asked if it was possible to check in 30mins earlier as i had previously explained that we were going to the festival, but not too worry as we had left our bags in the car Omg the host kept on saying its only 10.30 its only 10.30 its only 10.30. I repeatedly said its fine i was only asking, she did show me the tiny room as the guests left at 9.30, so at least we got a key, albeit from a miserable looking host , it wasnt a nice way to start your romantic weekend.

The room and view was lovely, the staff catered to our needs very well, especially our little dog so that we could have dinner in the evening. The location was just right. Close enough to visit family in Greenock and far enough away so that we could relax in the evenings. The view from the restaurant was outstanding well worth the price alone.

Lovely B&B.. sea view room was lovely but there were a few upgrades needed.. I.e. bathroom floor needs retiled, toilet seat needs replaced, additional unit for TV needs to be considered. First B&B that I've stayed in that charged extra for (continental) breakfast. However, it was a lovely house with an exceptional view and a friendly host.

W We liked the layout of the apartment. It was such a relaxing space. The decor was lovely. Loved that there was dvds and board games. Being able to use the kitchen and having some things in the cupboard that we could use was great. The towels smelled amazing and so fresh. Being close to everything in Largs was great too all in close walking distance. We would definitely love to come back maybe in the summer so we can enjoy largs without the rain and get use of the outdoor space at the apartment
