It was older property with character the room was huge and had great inviting atmosphere

Agnes was very kind and she helped us a lot, she gave us great advice on spots to visit! Made all the difference.

This old establishment had wonderful charm and a welcoming staff. The front desk is very knowledgeable with the surrounding area and went above and beyond to assist us. The manager Gary and Shawna were great at checking us in and a big thank you to the young man that took our heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. The dining staff, especially Helen, were extremely kind to all the guest and helped anyone needing assistance. Delicious food and wonderful presentation as well as always hot.

This hotel was out in the country and was very quiet. Off season meant there were few people and the weather was cool. Fun place to visit. Breakfast was the only problem.

Sunbank House was an amazing experience and the owner was very friendly and helpful! We’ll definitely book it again the next time we’re visiting Perth. Wonderful gardens to see and great location for hikes. Close to the centre of Perth. A lovely bar in the Sunbank House, where we enjoyed good whisky’s!

Very beautiful and authentic house. The location is very convenient in the center of Perth. David and Laurent are very welcoming and attentive to their guests. Everything is carefully crafted and well decorated. The breakfast is amazing with quality products and beautiful tableware and dishes. If you want to try a premium bed and breakfast experience, this is the one !
