Rooms were tiny and having a broken ankle and walking up 2 flights of stairs was not good for me and the having to walk like a crab to get round the bed to the toilet was shocking, tv over the other side of the room made it hard to watch, overall very poor but staff were friendly

The hotel is stylish with very well maintained and comfortable accommodation. The location on the banks of the Thames is idyllic. The restaurant is good, if a tad pricey and the staff were both welcoming and extremely helpful.

The rooms were gorgeous and modern, the bed was super comfy and the shower was great pressure! We didn't get to spend much time at the facilities but would be tempted to go back to enjoy them properly
