The staff in particular made our stay a special one. Amit greeted us warmly and took care to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and always very helpful. The hotel is new, and decorated beautifully - modern fixtures and crisp design elements complement the preserved old historical building features. Our room was bright and clean. We loved the Nespresso machine to start our day! Parking is secure and the location convenient. We are excited to see downtown Norwich as it continues to be revitalized, while keeping intact the rich history. Check out the old post office next door - charming interior frozen in time!

No social distancing, no mask requirement l, etc. Room was very spacious and clean! The beds were a bit too firm for my taste. Free casino shuttle is available and they do offer breakfast but we didn’t make it in time to have it. For the price and location I would stay here again even if the bed is a bit too firm.

Room/bathroom was clean and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the bacon and smoothie drinks. The toaster could be faster in toasting the bagels. Overall excellent location to be near the Mohegan Sun Casino Resort and local restaurants and shopping.

It’s close to the casinos.
It’s close to the casinos. Also lots of fun stuff for families to do especially on summer. We ate at Foxwoods and great food but service was lacking a bit. The museum T Foxwoods is great. Mohegan Sun fun to look around and shop. A short drive from mystic ct with the aquarium and seaport. Also near RI beaches.LisaUnited States of America

When we checked in they gave us are room, then we asked them to change us to another room because it smelled awful. Then the next room smelled even worse. We changed again. Thus room smelled too but we were sick of changing ingredients rooms so we excepted, terrible mistske!. This hotel is so bad, don't book there or you'll be sorry, if you do and you have read this, you'll kick yourself for not taking my advise, you have been warned.

Every motel I usually stay at will let me cancel with no charge. I am disputing it with my credit card. I go to the casino at least once a month and stay at a nearby motel and they will never get my business again and I will tell everyone I know what a scam artist they are. We came back to the hotel very late and didn't know how to use our room key to enter the hotel. We rang he bell and Mike opened the hotel door for us.
