Room was a decent enough size. It was nice to have a tv in both the bedroom and the main room. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly. Convenient location in a strip mall with lots of food/groceries/etc.

The rooms were very spacious so we could move about easily. We were right next to the elevator but the sound thankfully did not bother us.

That so-called breakfast was a joke. Coffee on 1 table and a few muffins in a basket. Plus you could pop open a box and enter the contents into a cup for cereal or oatmeal I forget but it was disgusting. It was advertised as breakfast included. That was NOT breakfast. Would never stay there again even at that low price.
absolutely horrible I had no hot water even once they move...
absolutely horrible I had no hot water even once they move me to another room, they do not clean your room, the breakfast was granola bars and coffee, elevator and hallways are absolutely filthy, when I asked for cups for my room they said they had none. Definitely not what’s advertised on your site. I would like to figure out how I can get some of my money back to be honest because the place was filthy and not great at all

This particular Courtyard property has serious management issues. The hallways (and I am not speaking about the pool areas) smell and the rooms smell bad. However the air conditioning did work and the cold kept the smell manageable.
Room was outdated for the price. It was a 2 room suite.
Room was outdated for the price. It was a 2 room suite. Had to pay $10 for parking. Reception staff were rude and not helpful. Had to wait to check in. When we got in the room -had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Do not recommend nor will I stay there again.

We come to visit family, and have been coming here regularly for at least 40 years. Very convenient to DC, if you plan to go into the city to sightsee. Lots of stores. Can't really comment on restaurants because we generally eat at family''s houses.

Near the area we wanted to visit, and reasonably priced.
Near the area we wanted to visit, and reasonably priced.
Booking info advertised microwave and refrigerator in our King Room, but first room had neither. The gentleman at the front desk transferred us to a King Room with a refrigerator, but told us NONE of the rooms at this location had a microwave.
The Refrigerator was not very cool--even on the coldest setting.
Otherwise, the room and bed were fine.
Great breakfast, really awesome. Room was super quiet. Comfy room, manager was taking care of a spill on the elevator as we arrived. Seemed to really be on point for taking care of guests. Beautiful facility. Very nice hotel, super friendly staff everywhere we looked. Bed was comfy, liked the curtains that blacked out but had sun shades, too, if you wanted the natural light. Big bathroom, lots of extra towels that were fluffy and soft.
Everything else was good. Staff was pleasant and always had good attitudes. The shuttle guy he was always super accommodating and pleasant.
Hotel is 15 min walk to metro, which is great and in a very good location...Target is across the way and a bunch of other stores and restaurants. Oh, and the Springfield Mall.
The room is comfy. And with COVID they service your room every other day.
We stopped just one night on our way home to NY. Good location right off the highway with lots of parking. Nice restaurant/bar on site..small menu but good wine selection and the bartender Amina was great!! Had a good size room..huge TV, desk and chair with reading lamp. Very comfortable bed and pillows..shower with great water pressure. Hilton never disappoints.
The room was very spacious, well-equipped, clean, and with a lot of natural light (we were οn the fourth floor). The staff was friendly and helpful. There was much selection in breakfast. Overall, we are very pleased with our one-night stay at the hotel (five adults and a young toddler), and certainly it was great value for money.
Breakfast was mind-blowing and beyond expectations! Moreover location is great too as it is close to Franconia Metro Station which further connects to other cities very well. Used this facility to Visit Washington DC. Hotel staff was very friendly and their pick up and drop off VAN was ice on the cake.
This hotel will not take cash for stay above 7 days. They will not process vanilla card or prepaid card. I got stranded. So kindly get prepared with your credit or debit card. You don’t room service for 7 days. They provide microwave with no plate so get your own stuffs. Good and fridge is good.
The location is great. Right off the highway. Parking is also convenient, even when we returned to the hotel late at night. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Also, they don't clean the room daily due to Covid I assume, but they did come in and clean on request, which was fine.
Nothing. This was one of the worst hotel/motels I've ever stayed in. I would not recommend it. You are better off sleeping in your car. The rooms did not have microwaves but the one in the lobby had a long line to use it! Pick a different hotel!!!
The location was excellent right off 95 with plenty of places to eat. The room was comfortable, and the view we had was descent. We loved the fact that the mall was within walking distance. For the price and the location, I'd probably stay again.
Scam Hotel - they don’t tell you about a $100 deposit until after you have already booked your room - deposit never refunded - phone number for this hotel on every website even booking.com is a fake number
Staff was excellent.. an issue with our rooms TV since new cable had recently been put into hotel was dealt with so quickly as they moved us to another room… excellent service
