I had to buy breakfast everyday for 4 people which was unexpected, and not budgeted for. If breakfast was discontinued two years ago for reasons pertaining to Covid or any other reason it should be removed from your advertisement for this facility. Our microwave got broken down and within a half hour we had a new one installed. Beautiful grounds and pool area. The staff here are wonderful- very hard to find friendly staff at every hotel. We arrived 5hrs before normal check in time and reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and found us a suitable room. The room was more expensive than our original room but we didn't care. It was well worth it and saved our stay in San Francisco.
