we picked a busy week, bike week. we enjoyed our stay but may not stay again in same place. parking across the road. would have rather had out car closer. Unloading for room was crowded and overwhelming but the staff helped direct us. after we needed to move our car to the parking garage across the st. Exit and Entrance was same area, may have been because of bike week. it was a tight fit.

My boyfriend and I came for bike week an it honestly felt like we were in jail the cops had everything blocked off we had to drive several blocks out of the way to get to our room.. the whole atmosphere was different an one of the traffic directors told us that they didn’t do any of the blocking roads or police cars last week when the white people had their bike week. I will never come back here for any holiday.

We liked the beach the best but it was very loud because there were Harley motorbikes on all of the floors of the hotel/condo site. We also liked our drive to Georgetown which is about 1 hour away. It was finally quiet. Also, we liked the state parks though they were too close to highways and roads and okay for walking but not for cycling (routes were too short). Sometimes motorbikes they came up the side of the hotel and revved up until 2 am which did interfere with our sleep. The hotel smelled funky.

I’ve been going to Myrtle Beach most summers of my life (I’m from the other end of the state). North Myrtle is the place to stay, for sure. Cleaner and less crowded, lovely beaches. It’s a short drive to all the attractions. It’s a good family getaway. Nothing fancy or out of the ordinary, but I’ve got great memories there. As an adult I prefer the Outer Banks but for a quick/convenient beach trip, Myrtle will be probably be our choice every time.

You are directly on the beach. Just a few steps outside the elevator and you are ready for vacation! The staff was super helpful and friendly as they come! This will be my go to place to stay when visiting Myrtle Beach! It is an older hotel but shouldn’t be overlooked! We have stayed in hotels twice the price that didn’t live up to the Seahorn! Don’t let the negative reviews keep you from staying here! I only took a picture of the shower because I had seen comments saying how bad they were. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We stayed here for one night after staying somewhere else(which was a disaster). We were down in North Myrtle Beach for a leisurely 2-night stay and stumbled across this hotel after switching from the Comfort Inn -N. Myrtle Beach and I'm glad we did. Fairfield rooms were very clean, big, Beds were comfortable, indoor heated pool was amazing and the breakfast(yes, they have breakfast)was decent. the staff was friendly. Hotel was quiet at night so definitely will be back.

Although this property isn’t right on the beach, the location is ideal for everything around myrtle beach. The price is more affordable for a beautiful hotel. The staff is so friendly. The only complaint I could possibly make is the fact that we didn’t have the ladies come in for garbage removal but they have their covid restrictions what can you do. We came back to this hotel for a second year in a row because we love it

While the beds were queen size, they were cheap fold-up beds. It was not a comfortable night. The indoor pools were nice for the kids. The warmth was just right for a chilly Spring day. The lazy River was great. It’s right on the Boardwalk, walking distance of the pier. The Oceanview Cafe is about what you can expect from a hotel cafe. Reasonable prices for food.
