Copenhagen is the perfect combination of Scandinavian cleanliness and efficiency with a more laid back vibe when it comes to eating and especially drinking (yes, Stockholm...I'm talking about you :-) The Nyhavn area of Copenhagen is full of small bars and restaurants and, while a bit pricey because of the tourist trade, it's a nice place to sit and admire the rows of coloured houses and old fishing boats.
