Kooringa Cottage is a good choice for a group. Two bedrooms in the house and a third bedroom with toilet in a separate building out the back. Living areas are large and comfortable. Kitchen is beautifully equipped. Is it 5 star ? No, it is rustic, clean, comfortable and close to the town centre ( 3 minute drive or comfortable walk). Pricing is reasonable and I would use it again.
