I will say, Repeal - Bourbon & Burgers restaurant was the definite highlight. Virginia Beach is a beautiful large beach with many of things to do. There are many band shells with free live music and entertainment nightly throughout the year. There are many of water sports available as well, such as parasailing, boating, and surfing. Many of great restaurants all along the boardwalk ranging from fine dinning to very casual fare.
